Peer Review Process

Peer Review
All manuscripts submitted to this journal undergo a rigorous and transparent peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and scientific contribution of the published articles. The journal applies a Double-Blind Peer Review system, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process.

1. Initial Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal's Online Journal System (OJS). The manuscript must comply with the journal's author guidelines, formatting requirements, and publication ethics.

2. Editorial Screening
The Editor-in-Chief or Handling Editor conducts an initial assessment to determine whether the manuscript:

Fits the journal's aims and scope.
Meets the required formatting standards.
Demonstrates sufficient academic quality.
Complies with publication ethics.
Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be rejected without external review.

3. Similarity Check
All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software. The similarity index must be within the journal's acceptable limit. Manuscripts with excessive similarity or evidence of plagiarism will be rejected or returned to the authors for correction.

4. Double-Blind Peer Review
Eligible manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript's subject area.

Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on:

Originality and novelty
Scientific significance
Methodological rigor
Literature review
Data analysis and interpretation
Quality of discussion
Clarity of writing
Validity of conclusions
Quality of references
Compliance with publication ethics
The identities of authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process.

5. Review Recommendations
After completing the review, reviewers provide one of the following recommendations:

Accept without revision
Minor Revision
Major Revision
Reject
The final publication decision is made by the Editor based on reviewers' recommendations and editorial judgment.

6. Revision Stage
Authors are required to revise the manuscript according to the reviewers' comments and submit:

A revised manuscript.
A detailed response to reviewers explaining how each comment has been addressed.
Revised manuscripts may be returned to the reviewers for further evaluation when necessary.

7. Final Decision
The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision after considering all reviewer reports and revisions. The decision may be:

Accepted
Accepted with minor editorial corrections
Rejected
The Editor's decision is final.

8. Copyediting and Proofreading
Accepted manuscripts undergo professional copyediting, language editing, layout formatting, and proofreading before publication. Authors are asked to review the final proof before publication.

9. Publication
Accepted articles are published online immediately after completing the production process and are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), if applicable.
